While I'm disappointed my image did not get chosen as a winner, it's pretty cool when a National Geographic Editor uses your work as an example of what they want for their assignment and emails it to over 5,000 people. Here is a snapshot of the email...Definitely made my day. I'm honored to be recognized among such talent...even if I didn't win.
