Almost 18 and almost 14…What a great time to document. I am always thrilled when parents reach out to me for images of their teens. It seems like we take so many photographs when our babies are young and as they grow, life happens and we just don’t take as many.
I hope mom and dad love these as much as I do! I was so happy to have them in front of the camera.
They are both strong and confident with such kindness towards one another. Everything you want your teens to be.

For this senior session, we started off with Tito at Hedgeland Equestrian Complex in Leesburg, Virgina. It’s the place Amy has spent countless hours doing what she loves.

We almost rescheduled our time together due to the rain but then Mother Nature decided to get on board and the rest is magical.
Amy is off to Virginia Tech where she plans to study business. It was such a privilege to document this time for her.

Evie requested a natural backdrop for her photographs at a place she’s enjoyed over the years called Huntley Meadows Park in Alexandria, Virginia.
Since it was the very start of spring, we met at 5:30. We made our way around the birdwatchers and nature photographers and took advantage of the dappled light. There is even a beautiful walkway over the water…
